The contestant agrees to be fully liable for any personal injury resulting from the participation at the event organised by the ID Sports GmbH. This includes any costs incurred as a result of a possible injury or damage to personal property. The contestant hereby confirms that he will not make any legal or monetary claims against the ID Sports GmbH or any employees as a result of a personal injury during the event.
