is made and entered into, effective as of April 24, 2019 ("Establishment Date") by and between the Town of Firestone, a Colorado municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State ("Firestone"), and Little Thompson Water District, a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of State ("Little Thompson"), individually referred to herein as a "Member" and collectively referred to herein as the "Members."
