This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of National Integrity Life Insurance Company (NILIC) and Integrity Life Insurance Company (ILIC) (“Company” or “Us”) and users of the Portal (“You”) in connection with the use of the Portal (defined as a system, which is accessed by your login information, through the Company website located at www.wsfinancialpartners.com (“Website”)), regardless of the technology You use to access the Portal, and the services available through the Portal. This Agreement supplements any agreement that You have with Us (including but not limited to a selling agreement with Us) and any additional terms, conditions, or disclaimers provided on the Website or the Portal.
