THIS THIRD AMENDATORY AGREEMENT is made between the CITY AND COUNTY OF DENVER, a municipal corporation of the State of Colorado (the “City”), and DENVER RESCUE MISSION, a non-profit corporation, with an address of 3601 East 46th Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80216, (the “Contractor”), collectively referred to as (the “Parties”).
