THIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT is made and entered into in the City of San Luis Obispo on , by and between the DOWNTOWN SLO, a 501(c)(6) non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of California, with a place of business at 1135 Chorro Street, San Luis Obispo, California 93401 ("DSLO"), and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation and charter city ("City") (each a “Party,” and collectively the “Parties”).
