April, 2024, by and between Dovetail Energy, LLC (“Dovetail”), Pitstick Renewable Energy LLC, Pitstick Pork Farms Inc., and Thomas V. Pitstick (“Released Parties”), entities organized under the laws of the State of Ohio and a natural person who is a citizen of the State of Ohio, under the laws of Ohio, on the one hand, and Plaintiffs Luke Borntrager, Sharon Knepp, and James Venable (the “Named Plaintiffs”) and each member of the proposed class as defined below, on the other hand, subject to and conditioned on preliminary and final approval by the Greene County, Ohio Court of Common Pleas.
