THIS PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of this day of , 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the West St. Paul Economic Development Authority, a Minnesota public body corporate and politic (“EDA”), and M/I Homes of Minneapolis/St. Paul, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Buyer”).
