This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity, hereinafter “Licensee”) and, depending on the software product ordered, either (1) Innovyze, Inc., a California corporation, or (2) Innovyze, Ltd., a company organized under the laws of the United Kingdom (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Innovyze”).
