This Settlement Agreement is entered into between the California Air Resources Board (CARB), with its principal location at 1001 I Street, Sacramento, California 95814; and Grand SK Corp. (Grand SK), with its principal location at 33 Whelan Road, East Rutherford, New Jersey 07073 (collectively, the “Parties,” or individually, “Party”).
