ContractService Agreement • June 25th, 2025
This service agreement is a legal agreement between an educational institution (the "Institution") and JAMWORKS PLATFORM LIMITED, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 12578785, whose registered office is at Hop Fields, Tongham Road, Runfold, Surrey, United Kingdom, GU10 1PH ("Jamworks"), for the use of the software application and platform, Jamworks, which is made available to the Institution via the internet. The Institution and Jamworks are each referred to as a "party" and collectively as the "parties."
