These terms and conditions form a legal agreement (the agreement) between us, Zempler Bank Ltd (“Zempler Bank”) and you, the account holder. They, along with the usage restrictions and fees on our website (www.zemplerbank.com), apply to you. They all also apply to any additional cardholder in connection with them using their pre-paid card issued from your account. References to you include the additional cardholder where they have an obligation under these terms and conditions.
