In accordance with the District’s Administrative Code §89101.01 Sole Source (i.e. no advantage procurement) and UCA §63G-6a-802 Award of Contract without Engaging in a Standard Procurement Process, this contract would be awarded as a sole source agreement to Bowen Collins & Associates without engaging in the standard procurement process.
