This CONSULTANT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), effective as of (“Effective Date”), is made by and between the Township of West Orange, NJ with principal offi ces at 60 Main Street West Orange, NJ (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) and Direct Ignitio n, LLC, and its DBA, Vidoovy, with its principal offices at 50 Oak Crest Rd., West Orange, New Jersey 07052 (“Direct Ignition” or “Consultant”).
