We have entered into an at-the-market sales agreement (the “Sales Agreement”), dated March 10, 2022, with BTIG, LLC (the “Agent”) providing for the offer and sale of our common stock, par value $0.001 per share (“common stock”), having an aggregate offering price of up to $175,000,000 from time to time through the Agent, acting as our sales agent, or directly to the Agent, acting as principal.
