This Blanco River Ranch Public Improvement District Financing Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of _ Ju_l_y_1_8 , 2017, (the “Effective Date”), is entered into between HMBRR Development, Inc., a Texas corporation, HMBRR, L.P., a Texas limited partnership, and HMBRR LP #2, a Texas limited partnership (including their Designated Successors and Assigns, collectively the “Owner”), and the City of Kyle, Texas (the “City”), acting by and through its authorized representative (collectively, the “Parties”).
