This agreement made and entered into this 29th day of September 2018, by and between the New Albany-Floyd County Consolidated School Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “School Corporation” and Melissa Eldridge, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider” for the 8th Grade Students’ Washington DC Trip beginning September 29, 2018 and extending through October 2, 2018.
