This Client Agreement, together with any Schedule(s), and accompanying documents, as amended from time to time, (this "Agreement") sets out the terms of the contract between you and Zenith Origin Holding Ltd (“we”, “us”, the “Company”, or “Ifexcapital”), which is a Company regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius under license number GB21026812, as an Investment Dealer (Full Service Dealer, excluding Underwriting), pursuant to section 29 of the Securities Act 2005, Rule 4 of the Securities (Licensing) Rules 2007 and the Financial Services (Consolidated Licensing Fees) Rules 2008.
