The Texas Facilities Commission (hereinafter referred to as “TFC”), a state agency located at 1711 San Jacinto Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78701 and Fischer Management Services, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”), located at 13727 Noel Road, Suite 900, Dallas, Texas 75240, enter into the following contract for software maintenance services (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code Chapter 2157 and 2165.
