This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between Granada Hills Charter (“GHC”) and Granada Hills Charter, United Teachers Los Angeles, High School Membership (“GHC-UTLA, 9-12”) memorializes the parties’ agreement regarding changes to negotiable working conditions for high school unit members for the 2020-2021 school year in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
