This Eighth Amendment, effective as of July 1, 2023 (“Effective Date”), is by and between Little Rock Public Schools located at 810 Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201 (hereinafter referred to as “Client”), and SOUTHEAST SERVICE CORPORATION d/b/a SSC SERVICE SOLUTIONS located at 1225 E. Weisgarber Road, Suite 200, Knoxville, TN 37909 (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”).
