This Second Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated as of October 28, 2025 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Burke & Herbert Bank & Trust Company, a Virginia community bank (the “Bank”), its holding company, Burke & Herbert Financial Services Corp. (the “Company”) and David P. Boyle (“Executive”). This Agreement collectively refers to the Bank, the Company and Executive as the “Parties,” and separately may refer to any one of the Parties as a “Party.”
