THIS INFRASTRUCTURE REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the Effective Date by and between the City of Lebanon, Indiana, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of Indiana (“City”) and LEBANON LAND GROUP, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (“LLG”) (the City and LLG are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”).
