The Agreement is made and entered into by and between Bottomline Payment Services Limited (registered in England and Wales with number: 3986072) whose registered office is at 1600 Arlington Business Park, Theale, Reading, Berkshire, England, RG7 4SA and who is regulated and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority of the United Kingdom under the Payment Service Regulations (register reference: 616279) for the provision of payment services and as an “Account Information Services Provider” (AISP) and as a “Payment Initiation Service Provider” (PISP) (“Bottomline”) and the Customer.
