This State Designation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Maryland Health Care Commission ("MHCC" or “Commission”) and the Chesapeake Regional Information System for our Patients ("CRISP") and sets forth the conditions of CRISP’s designation as Maryland's State- Designated Health Information Exchange (HIE).
