This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into and effective upon final execution (the “Effective Date”), by and between The Texas A&M University System, an agency of the state of Texas (hereafter referred to as “A&M System”), and Boston Government Services, LLC, a limited liability company in the state of Tennessee (hereafter referred to as “PROVIDER”). A&M System and PROVIDER are sometimes hereafter referred to as “Party” individually or “Parties” collectively.
