This Agreement to Increase College Readiness, Enrollment, Retention, and Degree Completion Memorandum of Understanding (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into by and between Wright State University, an Ohio public institution of higher learning with a principal address at 3640 Colonel Glenn Highway, Dayton, Ohio 45435 (the “University”), and Dayton Public Schools, an Ohio political subdivision with a principal address at 136 South Ludlow Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402, (the “District”), each a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
