This Interconnection Agreement for the exchange of Telecommunications Traffic between carriers (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the 1st day of July, 2005 (the "Effective Date") by and between Tri-County Communications Cooperative, Inc. ("TCCC") a Wisconsin Corporation, with its principal office at 417 5th Avenue North, P.O. Box 578 Strum, Wisconsin 54770 and Dobson Cellular Systems, Inc. for itself and as marketing manager for American Cellular Corporation f/k/a ACC of Wisconsin, LLC (“ACC”), a Delaware corporation, with its principal office at 14201 Wireless Way Oklahoma City, OK. 73134. TCCC and ACC are referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
