These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) and the Company’s Booking Form to which they are attached, shall together constitute the contract between The Cornerstone Kitchen (the “Company”) and the customer who has signed the Booking Form (the “Customer”)(together “Parties”) and sets forth the agreement between the Parties relating to the supply of Catering Services to be provided by the Company for the Customer, for the Event identified in the Booking Form.
