(“MMT”), a corporation duly organized under the laws of the state of Nevada and having its principal place of business at 865 N Albion St., 3rd Floor, Denver, Colorado 80220 and its affiliates and subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as the "Employer" or the "Company"). Executive and the Company may hereinafter be referred to jointly as the “Parties.”
