THIS Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter “MOU” or “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Board of County Commissioners for the County of (hereinafter the “County”), the County Sheriff (hereinafter “Sheriff”), and the State of Colorado acting by and through the Department of Public Safety, for the benefit of the Division of Fire Prevention and Control (hereinafter the “State” or “CDPS” or “DFPC”).
