This Operating Level Agreement (OLA) summarizes our processes and procedures for maintenance and outage communications, and Open Connect Appliance (OCA) Return Material Authorizations (RMA). It also serves as a reference for the Netflix Network Operations Center (Netflix NOC) and Netflix Partner Operations, to support the goal of ensuring maximum service availability and experience quality for our joint customers.
