This is the Agreement (“Agreement”) between you (the member) and FOREST AREA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION (“Credit Union”), a Credit Union, whose principal place of business is located at 638 Boyd Street, Fife Lake, MI 49633-9333 regarding your accounts with the Credit Union. By establishing an account with the Credit Union, you agree that this Agreement is a binding contract between you and the Credit Union. It includes and incorporates your Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement; Truth-in-Savings Disclosure, Funds Availability Disclosure, and other documents relevant to your account.
