LabelRadar (“LabelRadar” or “Platform”) is pleased to host and operate the above-referenced contest (the “Contest”). Atlantic Recording Corporation ("Company") will provide the prizing for the Contest. The purpose of this letter agreement is to confirm our understanding of the allocation of responsibilities with respect to the conduct, advertising and promotion of the Contest and the supply of prizes.
