In April 2014, the District issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Lease Leaseback (LLB) builders interested in providing preconstruction and construction services for the Ohlone Measure G Athletic Fields project. Five (5) firms submitted their qualifications in response. The Measure G Project Team utilized predetermined subjective and objective scoring criteria to determine a short-list of three (3) pre-qualified firms. The three (3) firms were invited to participate in the Request for Proposals process.
