THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into this 13th day of September, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between THE CITY OF BURBANK, a municipal corporation (the “City”) and GUIDEPOST SOLUTIONS LLC (the “Consultant”). The City and the Consultant are herein referred to, individually, as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”.
