This College and Career Access Pathways Partnership Agreement (CCAP Agreement) is between Diablo Valley College (“COLLEGE”) a college of the Contra Costa Community College District (“4CD”), 500 Court Street, Martinez, CA 94553, and Mt. Diablo Unified School District (“SCHOOL DISTRICT”).
