THIS AGREEMENT FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF PUPILS, hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”, is made and entered into this 24th day of April 2008, by and between SANTA ROSA COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD with a principal office located 5086 Canal Street, Milton, Florida 32570, hereinafter referred to as “DISTRICT”, and DURHAM SCHOOL SERVICES, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership properly registered to do business in Florida, with its principal office located at 1431 Opus Place, Suite 200, Downers Grove, Illinois 60515, hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR”.
