THIS MASTER AGREEMENT for content delivery service (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between HAPROXY TECHNOLOGIES (SASU), a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Nanterre trade and companies register under the number 790 818 785, having its registered head office 15 avenue Raymond Aron, 92160 Antony, France (“COMPANY”), and the entity set forth on the signature page or on the Order Form in Appendix A of this Agreement (“Customer”). This Agreement is effective as of the date of Customer’s signature (“Effective Date”). COMPANY and Customer are sometimes referred to as the “parties” and individually as a “party”. Customer’s use of and access to COMPANY’s HAProxy Edge HAProxy Edge CDN Service (defined, infra) is governed by this Agreement, including COMPANY’s Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy and the terms and conditions contained in any other Supplemental Terms and Conditions/Appendix (including terms related to Service Level)
