This is the Agreement that covers your VISA® Cardholder Account with First Bank & Trust (“Account”). In this Agreement, the words “you” and “your” refer to each person who has applied for, accepted, or used the Account and each person who has agreed to be responsible for the Account (“Joint Account”). “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to First Bank & Trust, Brookings, South Dakota. The word “Card” means your VISA® Card.
