The clientsignature indicates it is understood that the entire publication is planned, created, and produced by stu-dents in grades 9-12 who are not professionals. Errors and technology problems can occur. The business owner may design the ad or the students will create at no charge. Business submitted ads must have the correct dimension. Proofs are available by request only. The Bearchat can be viewed from anywhere at anytime. It is 100 percent funded only by the advertising dollar. Payment is requested in advance.
