In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Armstrong Flight Research Center, located at P.O. Box 273, Edwards, CA 93523 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA AFRC") and Firefly Aerospace, Inc. located at 5900 183A Frontage Rd, Leander, TX 78641-2169 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "Firefly"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
