THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation and ALLTEL Communications, Inc. (“ALLTEL”), a Delaware corporation and shall be deemed effective as of ten (10) calendar days after the date of the final signature on this document. This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or ALLTEL or both as a “Party” or “Parties”.
