This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement” including Exhibits and Schedules) by and between Astrana Health, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Employer”), and Dinesh Kumar, MD (the “Employee,” and together with Employer, collectively referred to as the “Parties”) amends and restates and supersedes in its entirety, effective as of January 31, 2025 (the “Restatement Date”), that certain Employment Agreement by and between Astrana Health Enablement of Nevada, Inc., a Nevada corporation, and the Employee that originally became effective on January 23, 2024 (the “Effective Date”).
