This Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Grainger’s Landing is made this day of June, 2005 by BECS a/k/a BECS General Partnership, a Tennessee general partnership comprised of Bruce Van Horn, Eddie E. Holbrook, Jr., Curtis Cassell and Shannon Wells, its successors and assigns (hereinafter referred to as the “Developer”).
