PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEENProject Labor Agreement • October 25th, 2021
This Project Labor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the City of West Hollywood and its successors or assigns, (“City”), the Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Council (“Council”), and the signatory Craft Councils and Local Unions signing this Agreement (collectively, the “Union” or “Unions”). This Agreement establishes the labor relations Policies and Procedures for the City and for the craft employees represented by the Unions engaged in the City’s Improvement Projects as more fully described below. The City, Council and Unions are hereinafter referred to herein, as the context may require, as “Party” or “Parties.”
