This document and any Addendums, constitutes the Master License Agreement between the parties. The document immediately below sets forth the Department of the Defense (DoD) License Requirements. Licensor’s Software License Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a material part hereof by this reference. This Master Agreement, including the Licensor’s Software License Agreement attached as Exhibit A: TYCHON Public Sector License Terms constitutes the Agreement between the Tychon, LLC (Licensor) and Licensee (as defined in Paragraph 1, Enterprise Language, below). The terms and conditions set out below (the DoD License Requirements) and any Addendum, supplement, to the extent a conflict exists, supersede, and take precedence over the terms and conditions of Exhibit A.
