This Master Customer Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between ZeroFox, Inc., a Delaware (USA) corporation (“ZeroFox”) with its primary offices located at 1834 S. Charles Street, Baltimore, MD 21230 and with its primary offices located at (“you” or the “Customer”). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in the text of this Agreement will have the meanings assigned to them in Exhibit A (Definitions).
