This Inter-local Agreement is entered into by and between BURNET County, Texas, a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, acting by and through its Commissioners Court, hereinafter referred to as "BURNET," and COMAL COUNTY, Texas, a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, acting by and through its Commissioners Court, hereinafter referred to as "COMAL."
