THIS AGREEMENT entered into this 1st day of July 2018 (effective date), is by and between the COUNTY OF ORANGE, a political subdivision of State of California (COUNTY), and ORANGE COUNTY CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION CENTER, INC., a California non-profit corporation (CONTRACTOR). COUNTY and CONTRACTOR may sometimes be referred to herein individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”. This Agreement shall be administered by the County of Orange Health Care Agency (ADMINISTRATOR).
