AMENDMENT NO.: 2Defense Products Contract • September 27th, 2018
This Amendment (“Amendment”), effective as of October 1, 2018, to the Defense Products Contract No. 46000000-15-1 (“Contract” or “STC”), is between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (“Department”) and SSD International, Inc. (“Contractor”), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the STC unless otherwise defined herein.
